Theresa White - a Licensed Therapist, Clinical Trauma Professional and Registered Drama Therapist will be your GPS -(Guided Professional & Sister) on this healing journey. You won't have to walk alone. You will also have a community of Sisters walking with you.
Your experience will include:
1. videos of healing topics such as stress management, trauma, grief, healthy relationships and more. Each month will be a different video release. You can view them on your own time.
2. Monthly 1-on-1 sessions with your G.P.S to help dig deeper into the topic of the month.
3. Monthly U.S. (Understanding Sistas) groups with other members enrolled in the program. This is where we build community because honestly, we need each other.
4. Quarterly U.S. in-person gatherings or events to get together and just BE.
You can dress up if you'd like, have some fun and let your hair down. These will be a no judgement zone.
